In 2010, the customer of TreeSolution company was assigned task to organize the archive of electronic invoices for clients discharged from the billing system. Additionally there was a requirement to verify the correctness of the signature in the accounts through an external service.
After some searching TreeSolution chose the platform Alfresco 3.2r2. Originally solution was based on Alfresco Records Management, but it was abandoned because of low productivity. As a result, the project was carried out on a modified Alfresco Share 3.2r2.
The system allows to import a lot of containers with accounts and metadata from the hot folder, automatically creation of users and groups to access the end-customers through downloadable metadata, validation of digital signature through external service.
